• customer tries to upgrade from tpc 4.2.1.x to 4.2.2.78 and gets
  an sql error during dbschema upgrade:
  INS2070E: SQL Error encountered during repository creation.
  SQL statement: update
  SQLSTATE: 23502, Vendor error code: -407
  DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-407, SQLSTATE=23502,
  SQLERRMC=TBSPACEID=3, TABLEID=123, COLNO=1, DRIVER=3.62.56
