Error description

• When the active log usage exceeds 80%, the
  Tivoli Storage Manager server will automatically run an
  incremental
  backup db.
  The following message will be in the activity log:
  ANR4529I An automatic full or incremental database backup
  will be started. The active log space used is ########.##
  megabytes, and the active log space available is ########
  megabytes. The ratio, 0.##, exceeds the threshold 0.80.
  A data base backup is not necessary in this condition, as it
  will not clear the active log.
  In a future release, a message will be added to
  indicate that active log space should be increased.
  The incremental backup will not be initiated.
