IC79952: MQ EVERYPLACE WRITES INCORRECT TIMESTAMP IN THE ERROR LOG

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Timestamps in the MQ Everyplace error log do not match the
  system time. The year is correct but there are problems
  with the month and time.
  .
  Example:
    14/10/2011-09:58:22:328 ERROR - Exception occurred in
    the bridge listener
  .
  This test was run on 14/11/2011, not 14/10/2011 as shown
  in the error log.
  .
  Also noted that there is no AM or PM associated with the
  time.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Since JANUARY was assigned a zero value, all the month values
  used to be the one preceding the correct month. The time value
  did not take AM/PM into consideration while displaying the log
  output.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix ensures that JANUARY is assigned value one and time
  value is shown in 24 hour format.
