  A performance monitor  job is stopped and then altered.
  When the job is  restarted the job moves  to start at a past
  (historical) iteration and with a previous run date/time stamp
  (job log).
  
  The job does not start the next iteration until all of the
  previous job logs are cycled.
  
  RECREATE STEPS:  Stop then alter a performance monitor job.
  Attempt to re-start the Performance Monitor Job
