APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• EXPIRE INVENTORY may display ANR9999D and ANR0868E messages
  if there is ACTIVATE POLICYSET running at the same time.
  This is caused by a conflict to lock a resource introduced by
  the fix in APAR IC77073.
  
  When this error occurs expiration will fail to display
  informational message ANR4391I.
  However the expiration process itself ends successfully.
  Activation process will also end successfully.
