Error description

• When logged in to TPC as a user which is a member of local group
  that is mapped to the  Disk Operator group in TPC
  User/Disk Operator has the authority to stop performance monitor
  jobs
  In TPC GUI >IBM Totat Storage Productivity Center>Job
  Managment>Subsystem Performance Monitor job
  Select Action dropdown shows option for "Stop Now"
  Per TPC Infocenter:
  Disk operator - Has access to reports only for Tivoli Storage
  Productivity Center disk functions. These reports include
  information about tape devices

Problem conclusion

• Users with the Disk Operator role should not be able to stop
  the performance monitoring job.  This has been corrected.  The
  fix for this APAR is targeted for the following maintenance
