IC76646: SOLID PROCESS DOES NOT ALWAYS EXIT AFTER RUNNING OUT OF CENTRAL MEMORY ON SOLARIS

Error description

• Sometimes the solid process can hang when it runs out of memory
  in a Solaris 10 SPARC environment.
  
  From a pstack output it can be seen that the thread that has run
  out of memory fails to proceed because the error printing
  routines require more memory to be allocated. This can lead to a
  deadlock.
