Error description
All customers running TPC 4.2.x can potentially hit problems with the event polling for SVC and XIV storage subsystems in TPC. The symptoms are error messages regarding the date format in the event logs in the <tpc>/device/epm folder. further, no events for the affected subsystems appear in tpc. the external process that polls for events needs to be fixed so that events can be processed by tpc.
