Error description

• Scheduled PM job suddenly stopped. User then went to gui Admin
  Services->Services->Data Server->Scheduler to restart the
  service. There is an error posted: "Data Manager service
  terminated due to error at 4/26/11 2:23 PM, refer to
  server_000176.log for more info". In server_000176.log:
  WSWS3713E: Connection to the remote host x.x.x.x
  failed.Received the following
  error: Connection refused: no further information
    at
