APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When adding a DS8k device with the IP address that contains a 0
  before the number (example 078) ,
  the Element Manager is not assigned to a device and the
  credentials are missing.

Problem conclusion

• The IP is converted to a common format before comparing it
  with the subsystem IP and now the Device column contains the
  name of the subsystem.  The fix for this APAR is targeted for
  the following maintenance package:
