Error description
dbschema install fails on windows. installer fails to properly handle a file path name that includes an embedded space as in "Program Files". the customer is using 'custom' install, and is specifying a different disk for the database, and also for the log files, so it may be that this is executing a slightly different path through the installer where a parameter string is not enclosed in quotes, or another similar problem.
Local fix
specify install location for db2 as x:\program_files\... or x:\program\... to remove the embedded blank
