Error description

• Installer unable to find "db2start"
  
  ENV:
  TPC 4.2
  AIX 6.1
  DB2 9.7
  
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Install TPC 4.2 base on AIX
  or
  Upgrade from 4.2 base version to 4.2.1
  

Local fix

• Special setup.jar files were needed for both the TPC 4.2 base
  version and the TPC 4.2.1 upgrade.
  Contact IBM support.
