Error description

• When using Service Gateway and setting the context root of an
  application module to "/" and the url mapping of the export to
  "*" the service gateway component is adding an extra /*. In the
  application the url pattern becomes /*/* and causes the http 404

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to prevent the URL pattern becoming
  "/*/*" and prevent the 404 error from occurring.
  
  This code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix
  pack:
        7.0.0 Fix Pack 4 (v7.0.0.4)
