APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• TPC reports show Available Space for disks on which GPFS file
  systems reside equal to their capacity, as if the disks entire
  capacity is still available.
  

Local fix

• Customer could use instead the report:  Monitored Computer
  Storage Space > Disk Storage > All Disk Storage > By Computer
  This report correlates the disks with the file systems they hold
  and  "Available Space" disk space column in this report is how
  much space is free
  in the file system.

Problem conclusion

• Data Manager>Reporting>TPC-wide Storage Space>Disk Space
  reports will show Available Space zero for NSD disks.
  Available Space will be zero even for disks of NSDs
  which are not assigned to a GPFS.
  
  To see available NSDs for GPFS creation use the report
  Data Manager>Reporting>Asset>System-Wide>
  File Systems or Logical Volumes>
  By Logical Volumes without Filesystems
