Error description

• NullPointerException appears when IN parameter has not been set.
  
  
  Problem:
  
  When an "In" parameter are missing in a java code (e.g in a
  "SELECT"- clause)  the Informix JDBC driver version 3.50.JC7 and
  JDBC 3.70.JC1 throw an exception:
  "java.sql.SQLException: System or internal error
  java.lang.NullPointerException"
  
  
  
  The older JDBC driver 3.50.JC1 does not display the
  NullPoniterException but displays this more useful exception:
  " java.sql.SQLException: IN parameter has not been set."
