When SSID is changed in hardware, TPC-R is not picking the change. When a command is issued to the hardware that requires SSID parm, the command fails due to the mismatch in SSID between what's kept in TPC-R database and that on hardware

Problem summary
When the SSIDs are changed from underneath TPC-R, TPC-R does not handle incorrect SSIDs gracefully.
Problem conclusion
Add a new method for TPC-R to search for the SSID. Then resolve the SSID if they are different.
