Error description
Once a Web Service Proxy with non-default XML-Manager has been configured to access a backside WSDL which is protected with Basic Authentication, the System logs will indicate that it is not possible to access the WSDL if trying to view its content in WebGUI.
Local fix
This can be worked around if the default User Agent is provided with the same credentials.
