• Defining and updating paths for a datamover to a drive using the
  commands DEFINE PATH and UPDATE PATH can lead to the following
  error message in the activity log:

  This may occur while defining paths originating from NAS
  datamovers or during  NDMP backup/restore operations.  If an
  NDMP reply message is sent from a NAS device to the Tivoli
  Storage Manager server which contains a zero length list for
  on-line file systems, attached  tape devices or attached media
  changers  this error will occur.
  
  This APAR also affects the undocumented commands SHOW NASD
  <FILER>, SHOW NASI <FILER> or SHOW NASFS <FILER>.
