Error description

  • When we issue "backup db" command, it may fail with "ANR2971E
    (-2428)" error
    if NODE0000 directory for OVERFLOWLOGPATH does not exist.
    
    You will see the following message in the actlog:

Local fix

  • 1. Stop TSM server
    2. Make directory "NODE0000" in file system which is
       specified for OVERFLOWLOGPATH
    3. Restart TSM server
