IC70543: BACKUP DB FAILED WITH "ANR2971E (-2428)" WHEN NODE0000 DIRECTORY FOR OVERFLOWLOGPATH DOES NOT EXIST

Error description

• When we issue "backup db" command, it may fail with "ANR2971E
  (-2428)" error
  if NODE0000 directory for OVERFLOWLOGPATH does not exist.
  
  You will see the following message in the actlog:
