Error description
When we issue "backup db" command, it may fail with "ANR2971E (-2428)" error if NODE0000 directory for OVERFLOWLOGPATH does not exist. Local fix
1. Stop TSM server 2. Make directory "NODE0000" in file system which is specified for OVERFLOWLOGPATH 3. Restart TSM server
