Error description

• As part of the changes for APAR IC67387 (fixed in 6.1.4.0), the
  new ANR0299I informational server message was added to the
  catalogue.  For example;

  07/09/10 01:02:03 ANR0299I A full database backup will be
                    started.  The archive log space used is 80 %
                    and the archive log space used threshold is
                    81 percent.
  .
  This message does not have a corresponding HELP entry in the
  dsmserv messages catalogue, so the following command will
  fail to return information about the message:

  tsm: SERVER1>HELP ANR0299I
  ANR2307E No help text could be found for this message: ANR0299I.
  ANS8001I Return code 11.
  .
  The HELP catalogue needs to be updated to include this new
  ANR0229I informational message.
