IC69991: DEPLOYING A SERVICE WITH A MISSPELLED FUNCTION NAME IN THE 4CF FILE LEADS TO THE AXIS SERVER CRASHING WHEN THE CLIENT REQUESTS

Error description

• Deploying a service with a misspelled function name in the 4cf
  file leads to the Axis Server crashing when the client requests
  that service.

  The following error is returned when the axis server crashes.
  
  ld.so.1: axis2_http_server: fatal: relocation error: file
  ..//services/ws_zipcode_bad/libws_zipcode_bad.so: symbol
  zipcode_details_bad: referenced symbol not found
  
  
  This can happen when a service is in place and in use,
  the 4cf file is changed and a function name is misspelled.
  The service is then redeployed like this example:
  
    w4glc -generate -compile -deploy soademo.4cf
  
  Because the underlying 4gl file has a different function name,
  when the service is requested from a client, the axis server can
  crash.
  

Local fix

• make sure the function name in the 4cf file is as per the
  function name in the 4gl file .
