Error description

• Websphere MQ File Transfer Edition 7.0 protocol bridge uses a
  transfer definition file to create a file transfer. The file
  specifies: <source disposition="delete">
  However, when the delete is attempted by the protocol server
  it fails with a 'File not found' error.  The file can be
  manually deleted.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The defect corrects the problem where a protocol bridge transfer
  with a source disposition of delete could fail with a file not
  found error when attempting to delete the source file. This
  problem will only occur on a subset of protocol file servers
  depending on their tolerance to open stream connections on
  deletion.

Problem conclusion

• CONCLUSION:
  During the closing stages of a transfer where source disposition
  is delete the source file is re-opened to be validated before
  deletion.  Validation routine performs an open stream on the
  source file and so did the calling method of the validator.
  However, as bridge can only have one open handle per transfer
  the first open was lost and on close the second open stream was
  closed twice. As a result when the delete file command was sent
  to the protocol file server it would be rejected as there was a
  stream still open.
