Problem conclusion
PCSKDB.DLL has been changed to add a new keyword to allow older large PCOMM macros to run as they did prior to 5.9.5 level. The MacroSizeCheck keyword goes in the PCSWIN.INI file under the [Session] stanza. The default value is YES. Possible values are Y - Check the macro file size (not to exceed 32k) N - Do not check the size of the macro Example: [Session] MacroSizeCheck=N Fix is scheduled for PCOM 5.9.7 Manufacturing Refresh Fix is scheduled for PCOM 6.0.1 Manufacturing Refresh
