Error description

• TPC GUI -> IBM Tivoli Storage Productivity Center -> Topology ->
  Computers
  - Topology viewer details of Computer (data agent) show
  disk0,disk1,disk2.
  however, the entries for disk1/disk2 show the same details as
  disk0
  i.e. serial number, etc.
  -These LUNs reside on the same disk with different paths to each
  (multi-path).

Problem conclusion

• Data Agent code has been modified to read
  the serial number of disks assigned from StorageTek D-Series
  from SCSI VPD page 0xC8.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following
