Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager Server fails to end a database
  transaction created during database backup (BACKUP DB command).
  Over time, this results in an increase in memory usage and
  connections to the DB2 database, and could have an adverse
  effect on the server's operation.
  
  Versions Affected: Server 6.1 and 6.2.
