APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• tpc agent installer does not install the uninstall.iss file as
  part of the agent install. this file is needed if the customer
  wishes to do a command line uninstall of the tpc agent. the file
  is available on the tpc install media, which is not typically
  available on the agent server.
  

Local fix

• copy the uninstall.iss file from the tpc install media disk 1 or
  disk 2 image.

• The missing file can be found on the installation media until
