Error description

  • A WebSphere MQ File Transfer Edition (WMQFTE) agent ends
    abnormally (terminates unexpectedly) after an MQGET call. The
    MQGET returns with a 2033 (MQRC_NO_MSG_AVAILABLE) reason code,
    which means that no messages are available. An FFDC gets
    generated with the following cause:

    Cause:  com.ibm.wmqfte.wmqiface.WMQApiFailureException:  cc=2
    rc=2033 op=_get - MQGET
    com.ibm.wmqfte.wmqiface.WMQApiFailureException:  cc=2 rc=2033
    op=_get - MQGET

    The agent's output0.log shows the following entries.

      [02/03/2010 18:15:58:686 ACT] 0000001d FFDCImpl E BFGUT0002E:
      An internal error has occurred. Product failure data was
      captured in file "FFDC.FTE.20100302181558686.63657.log".

      is:  cc=2 rc=2033 op=_get - MQGET

      BFGAG0061E:  The agent ended abnormally

    The WebSphere MQ server records an AMQ9208 (error on receive)
    with a TCP/IP error code 10054. The 10054 means that the
    connection was reset by peer; a network communication error.
    This leads to the abnormal termination of the SVRCONN channel
    ( AMQ9999 ). In this particular case the AMQ9208 is caused by
    the abnormal termination of the client application; the WMQFTE
    agent.
