Error description
During Tivoli Storage Manager Server v6.1 restore db process, the same database backup tape will be opened and closed multiple times to extract different DB2 information. During tape close, the Tivoli Storage Manager server dismount the tape immediately without awaiting certain time defined by device class "mountretention". This behavior make it impossible to restore the database using a manual library.
