Error description

• The TSM 6.1 server can crash while trying to discard a
  transaction descriptor that has already been freed.

  The following ANR9999D message may be seen in the activity log
  before the crash:
  ANR9999D_3095886799 DbiEvalSQLOutcomeX(dbieval.c:480)
                            Thread<86>: Invalid handle used from
  dbitxn.c(568).
