IC66538: TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER SERVER 6.1 WILL LEAVE DELETED DATABASE BACKUPS IN BACKUPS TABLE.

Error description

• With Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1 server, the database backup,
  using backup db command, is now taken using the api client.
  It creates entries in the backups table, as well as entries in
  volume history.
  After database backups have been deleted from volume history,
  with delete volhistory command, the entries
  in backups table are not being deleted.

  and you will see entries like:
