Error description

• Under certain data movement scenarios within the Tivoli Storage
  Manager server, deduplicated data may not be flagged
  appropriately such that it is managed correctly. If a
  deduplicated object is not managed correctly it may cause
  dependent extents (dependents) to become invalidated. The data
  movement that may cause this is restore stgpool from a
  deduplicated storage pool, or moving data out of a deduplicated
  storage pool into a non-deduplicated storage pool and then back
  into a deduplicated storage pool.

  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  The problem does not show up immediately when the data is been
  moved. It can be around for a longer time (depends on various
  variables like expiration, data movement, ...) until it shows up
  when the data is being referenced.

  The key message to look for in the ACTLOG is:
  ANR4895E Deduplicated bitfile <BITFILE_ID> on volume
  <VOLUME_NAME> has invalid links
