Error description

• The RESTORE VOLUME and/or RESTORE STGPOOL processes may loop
  when attempting to restore invalid links in a deduplicated
  storage pool.  These processes will appear to be hung and may
  not respond to the CANCEL PROCESS command.
  
  Platforms affected:
  All TSM 6.1.x Servers
  
  A trace (BF AF SS AS DEDUP DEDUP1 flags) of the RESTORE
  operation will show the process looping on the same bitfile
  object(s):
