• When upgrading Tivoli Storage Manager to version 6.1.3 or higher
  on a Windows 2008 system, the following error message is
  displayed when trying to start the server:
  
  The application has failed to start because its side-by-side
  configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event
  log for more detail.
