  sessions to be unnecessarily synchronized which may
  affect the overall client throughput.
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: 6.1.x
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:  A server instrumentation trace will
  show excessive time spent in Acquire Xlatch for
  psSessionThreads.
  Initial Impact: Medium
