Error description

  • The server may crash when attempting to label a volume as part
    of the autolabel function.  This can be seen during any process
    that might be accessing a scratch volume and attempting to label
    it.

Local fix

  • Update the library to disable auto label and manually label
    library volumes that have not been labeled.
