Local fix

• Upgrade the gsksa.rte included within the TSM 6.1.3 installation
  image and perform these steps:
  1) cd
  /work/TSM/sta/COI/PackageSteps/TSM_Stagent/FILES/TIV-TSMSTA-AIX/
  Note: "/work/TSM/sta/" is directory where
  "6.1.3.0-TIV-TSMALL-AIX.bin"
  is extracted. You can chose also a different one.
  2) smitty
  3) Install the gsksa.rte.7.0.4.25
  .
  After the gsksa.rte 7.0.4.25 is installed retry the
  installation.
