Error description

  • After performing a differential NAS backup, opening the TOC
    in the Web client may take an excessive amount of time. The
    performance degradation is observed after upgrade to TSM 6.1.
    
    Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
    A TSM server trace (TOCLOAD) will show the progress in the TOC
    load operation. For example :

    A TSM server instrument trace will show the majority of the time
    spent in the "DB2 Fetch Exec" operation. For example :
