IC64771: DELETE VOLHIST SPECIAL SYNTAX ADDED WITH PK59911 TO DELETE ORPHANED BACKUPSET VOLUME NOT WORKING IN 6.1

Error description

• PK59911 provided special syntax for DELETE VOLUMEHISTORY to be
  able to delete and scratch orphaned BACKUPSET volumes that were
  left behind after the Archive.Objects entry was deleted. In some
  cases the nodes for these backupsets no longer exist preventing
  DELETE BACKUPSET from working. To prevent error prone manual
  database manipulation, this special syntax needs to be
  reinstated.

Local fix

• If possible, cleanup orphaned backupsets in volume history prior
  to upgrading to 6.1. Otherwise only a manual option exists that
  must be analyzed with a support engineer's assistance.

• TSM server is modified to re-enable the following command to
  cleanup orphan backupset volumes:

  FORCE=Yes
  Affected Platforms: AIX, HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux, Windows.
