Error description

• After a Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1.x server is installed from
  scratch, the initial configuration can be done using the Tivoli
  Storage Manager configuration  wizard, the Administration Center
  wizard, it can be configured manually or using the
  Microsoft Management Console MMC.
  
  If the MMC is used for the initial configuration, this will
  place following options into the server options file dsmserv.opt
  which are not valid anymore (as we do not support anymore the
  "old" web administrative interface since Tivoli Storage Manager
  server version 5.3):
    COMMmethod HTTP
    HTTPPort 1580
  
  Depending on the Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1.x server version,
  the messages at server startup differ.
  
  pre-6.1.2.0:

  The options are accepted as being valid but we do show a message
  that the ISC should be used:
  ANR8280I HTTP driver ready for connection with clients on port
  1580.
  ANR4747W The web administrative interface is no longer
  supported. Begin using the Integrated Solutions Console instead
  
  With 6.1.2.0:

  These options are not accepted as valid options anymore:
  ANR0901W Invalid COMMMETHOD statement found in file
  D:\Server1\dsmserv.opt.
