Error description

• ANR0367W The server failed to format the database TSMDB1. This
  database name already exists. Received after what appears to be
  asuccessful dsmserv restore db operation. This error only
  occurs when a point in time (PIT) restore is run AND the "on"
  option is used to specify a new directory onto which the
  database is to be restored.

Local fix

• While use of the "ON" option is the official way to
  restore a TSM/DB2 database to a new location the following
  can be done to accomplish the same thing:
      dsmserv removedb <dbname>
      dsmserv format <specifying the new dbdir, archivelogdir and
                      activelog dir>
      dsmserv restore db todate=<date>
