after upgrading tpc 3.3.2 to 4.1, the database migration tool partitiontables.bat version 4.1.0.97 is run, causing subsequent errors in configuration history: Error -- Server: tpcserver.mycompany.com Status: 0 com.ibm.db2.jcc.a.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-575, SQLSTATE=51024, SQLERRMC=TPC.T_VIEW_VSTORAGE_SUBSYSTEM_SNAPSHOT, DRIVER=3.52.95

Problem conclusion
A fix will be provided in an upcoming fix pack. Targeted for v4.1.0 fix pack 2 - August 2009. Subject to change at IBM's discretion.
