Error description

• When an MQAX application is run on a WMQ V7 client only install,
  the following error is reported:
  LoadLibrary("mqax200.dll") failed - The specified module could
  not be found.
  Additional Symptoms: MQAXTriv sample VB application fails with
  "Automation Error: The specified module could not be found".
  Then gets a VB Run-time error '91' "Object variable or With
  Block variable not set".

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When an MQAX application is run on a WMQ V7 client only install,
  the following error is reported:
  LoadLibrary("mqax200.dll") failed - The specified module could
  not be found.
  
  In WMQ Version 7, the ActiveX support library has been
  mistakenly linked explicitly with the server library amqzst.dll.
  This results in the above mentioned error when a client only
  installation attempts to use the ActiveX support as the
  respective library is not present.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code change ensures that either server or client library is
  dynamically loaded when attempting to load the module
  mqax200.dll. This now causes the respective module to be loaded
  successfully.

  topics when using an environment variable to specify the
  library that mqax200.dll should load.
