APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an image backup is performed with a 5.5.0.6 or lower
  TSM UNIX client, that image backup cannot be restored with
  a V6.1 TSM UNIX client.  The following error message is issued:
  ANS1166E Source and destination are not the same file system
  type
  and the 'RESTORE IMAGE' command fails.
  
  This problem can also be seen with the 5.5.1.11+
  UNIX interim fix and Limited Availability
  interim fix clients built on top of 5.5.1.10
  
  
  The V6.1 Windows client is unaffected and is able
  to restore image backups.
  

Local fix

• Continue using the V5.5.1.10 or lower TSM UNIX/Linux backup
  clients to restore image backups.
