Error description

• Memory fault / segmentation fault / signal 11 on zLinux s390x
  when calling isopen
  The build for CISAM 7.26.FC2 fails on zLinux s390x O/S.  When
  trying to run the demo programs they fail in the function at
  lisopen.  It appears the product has not been built correctly.
  Consider the following simple piece of code:
