Error description

• Actlog shows following error when a port on SAN switch is
  disabled.
  
  ANR8779E Unable to open drive /dev/rmtx, error number=50.
  ANR8381E LTO volume xxx could not be mounted in drive xxx
  (/dev/rmtx).
  
  PVR MMS server trace shows errno 50 which is ENOCONNECT is
  returned by open().

  TSM does not have this errno in our code to handle because it is
  AIX specific return code, and there is no error handling when
  the error occurs.  TSM should do error handling when ENOCONNECT
  is returned.

  TSM V5.4 and 5.5 clients on AIX only.
