• A crash occurs when performing a Database Recovery Installation
  with the operating system configured to use Japanese language
  and Japanese is selected as the language to be used for the
  install.

  Using the "Setup Launchpad" from TSM Express CD media.
   -> Select "Install for Recovery" from welcome menu
   -> "Install the required components in preparation for the
  database restore"
   -> "Database Recovery Installation" from InstallShield Wizard
   -> Check "Japanese" in "Select a Language for the Backup
  Server"
