Error description

• TSM server offsite reclamation processing of copy storage pool
  volumes does not order volume processing in the most efficient
  manner. Currently the server processes volumes from least to
  most reclaimable. For Instance if the reclamation threshold was
  80% for an offsite storage pool, the reclamation process would
  begin processing volumes that were 80% recliamable first. Those
  that might be 99% reclaimable would be processed last. This is
  similar to APAR IC53923 taken to address the same issue for
  primary storage pool reclamation.
