IC53299: CLIENT HELP FILE GIVES INCORRECT EXPLANATION FOR ANS4039E

Error description

• DSMC help inaccurately lists ANS4039E  message text as Error
  processing ''filespace namepath-namefile-name':
        compressed file is corrupted and cannot be expanded.'  The
  correct text for ANS4039E is 'Could not establish a session with
  a server or client
  agent.'

  The following message (formerly ANS4039E) has been renumbered
  to ANS9020E:

  ANS9020E  Could not establish a session with a TSM server
  or client agent.  The TSM return code is tsm-error.
  
  Explanation:  None.
  
  System action:  Processing stops.
  
  User response:  Check the TSM error log for communications
  failures such as TCP/IP, shared memory, or named pipe errors.
