  The VT session is missing information on the screen. Apparently,
  the information comes from the HOST in two frames and HOD clears
  the first set of information before displaying the second frame
  of information. Hod should not be erasing the data, and this is
  why the information is missing.

  When Host On-Demands was incorrectly parsed the "Copy
  Rectangular Area (DECCRA)".
  The problem is caused by the minimum row and minimum
  column values for Pbs and Prs are set to zero "0" or if the
  values are not set at all.
  As a result, this resulted in the copy of a single character
  instead of the whole page. As a result, data is missing on
  the display screen.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to properly set the values for Pbs and
  Prs.
