• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using a VT session, part of the screen may be blanked out. The
  host is sending a command to Erase a rectangular area and HOD is
  doing just that. This is application dependent.

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to correctly handle the outbound VT data
  and display the data on the screen for the user.
